Texturing photos has been a long learning process for me. When I first learned the technique, I was throwing all kinds of textures on photos and not really trying to create an artistic image (I still do that sometimes). But I've had this shot for a while and none of the textures I tried suited me. Then someone (either a contact or a member of a group) referenced using this texture and this evening a light went on. I knew this texture was the one to use with this photo. I'm pleased with the results and I hope you like it as well.
